Waste4Change (waste4change.com) is a social enterprise startup that provides responsible waste management with a vision to achieve zero waste to landfill. Consisting of a group of young people that highly concern and passionate about waste issues in Indonesia, we are driven by big mission to make social changes. We help people to get consulted, do campaign, collect, and recycle their waste. Right now, we have partnered with more than 30 companies (local and multinational) across Indonesia, and influence more than 10,000 citizens to be responsible for their waste.
- Responsible for business financial planning, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting.

- Overseeing a team of accounting, tax officer, legal officer.
- Supporting top management to design financial plan, accounting methods, procedures, and policies
Qualification
- Min. S1 from reputable university in Finance, Accounting or other relevant majors.
- At least 2-3 year working experience in corporate finance, business investment, and venture capital is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills

- Building partnership and exploring potential collaboration of waste4change product/services to target companies.
- Conduct email, telemarketing, schedule meeting, and presenting waste4change product/services to potential clients.
- Developing a proposal, presentation, and similar document – responding to information request for potential clients.
- Assisting Head of Marketing in achieving sales and marketing objectives.
Qualification
- Min. S1 from reputable university in business, marketing, communication, or other relevant majors.
- Having 1-2 years of experience in sales marketing, and building relationship with B2B is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Goal oriented and a team player.
- Building partnership, and exploring potential collaboration of waste4change product/services to government bodies and non-government institution (donors, embassies, etc).

- Writing and developing a proposal, presentation, and similar document – responding to information request.
- Following up administrative request from potential / current clients.
- Assisting Head of Marketing in achieving sales and marketing objectives.
Qualification
- Min. S1 from reputable university in social, communication, or other relevant majors.
- Having 1-2 years of experience in building relationship with government/stakeholder engagement / public-private partnership is preferable
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Good writing and administrative skill
4. HR Legal Officer (HLO)
· Responsible for planning, analyzing, and monitoring of Human Resources in Waste4Change.
· Create an effective and efficient HR system, by developing SOP, requisition form, KPI control, salary and bonus management, and appraisal management.
· Responsible for the recruitment process of employees.
· Responsible for managing and developing the quality of human resources in Waste4Change.
Qualification
· Min. S1 from reputable university in management, psychology, business administration, or other relevant majors.
· At least 2-3 year experience in related tasks.
· Good interpersonal and administrative skill.
· Understand the basics of contracts, drafting, and business agreement.
· Familiar and understand the rules and policy from Ministry of Manpower.
· Strong ethics.
5. Graphic Designer (GD)
· Work with Head of Marketing and content maker on the concept of W4C branding and visual campaign.
· Formulate basic layout design for W4C visual branding, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, etc.
· Create a graphic element, newsletter layout, video and style framework based on the general W4C brand guidelines.
· Generating original visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive.
Qualification
· Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent.
· Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
· Experience developing content, using peer-reviewed research and other respected sources.
· Be process driven, possess strong design skills and show careful attention to detail.
5. Collect Field Officer (CoFO)
· Coordinate directly with Project Leader.
· Responsible for carrying out all activities related to collect activities in a residential area, from planning, implementing, to reporting.
· Implementing Waste4change collect’s service based on timeline and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
· Educating the resident about benefit of collection.
· Seeking input/feedback from the residents for continuous improvement of collection service.
Qualification
· Min. D3 from reputable university.
· Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
· At least 1 years experience as field assistant is preferable
· Preferably has a driver’s license (SIM C)
6. Create Field Officer (CrFO)
