  1. LEGAL STAFF

Requirement

  1. Having the ability to issue simple legal analysis.
  2. Having the ability in simple legal drafting.
  3. Having the ability to meet the deadline and working independently

with minimum supervision and fast learner.

  1. Prepare and review the contract and other documents to comply

with the Prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia both

English and in Bahasa.

  1. Providing legal advice for business division and ensure keep

company data confidentiality.

  1. Providing legal support in a range of legal matters including

company secretarial, legal administrative filling, submission, and

reporting of legal data.

Qualifications

  1. Must Be Speak English.
  2. Hold minimum bachelor’s degree in law (S-1)
  3. Have a Value-added Advocate Certificate.
  4. Male or Female.
  5. Maximum age of 33 years old.
  6. Fresh Graduated welcome.
  7. Experiences in the area of legal.
  8. Discipline & Honest.

2. MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

Details

  1. Position: Internal bidding management and contract management
  • Responsible for the company’s bidding management related work, including pre-qualification, internal process, organizational planning, external contact and other related work related to bidding;
  • Responsible for the company’s contract management, including contract negotiation, contract review and other related work;

Qualification

  • Must be speak chinesse/mandarin language
  • Maximum age of 35 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree in all major
  • At Least years of working experience on related field is required for the position

  1. Position: Internal industry qualification management and outreach docking- business development for legality and company business certification
  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company’s qualifications, and handle the company’s legal compliance related work according to the company’s business needs;
  • Responsible for communicating with government regulatory authorities, associations and other institutions, maintaining friendly relations and handling related matters;
  • Responsible for researching and analyzing Indonesian construction industry related laws and regulations, and formulating compliance prevention plans;

  1. Position: Marketing
  • Responsible for the construction research and  analysis of the Indonesian market, and regularly form market analysis reports;
  • Responsible for Indonesian market development, tracking marketing projects, and establishing a network of marketing resources;
  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of government departments, financial institutions, business associations and intermediaries;
  • Responsible for the company’s customer management and maintenance work, have customer resources in the construction industry, and have the marketing ability to independently develop, connect and maintain customers is preferred;
